At TUI, we are seeking a Strategic Technology Visionary to lead our technology transformation activities and shape the direction of our IT architecture. As a key member of our technology leadership team, you will collaborate with senior architects and technology leaders to develop a vision and strategy for IT architecture that translates business opportunities and customer expectations into innovative solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing modular, scalable, highly-performant and resilient global solutions. You will use your excellent facilitation and solicitation skills to effectively engage with teams, enhance their capability, and continuously explore new ways to improve the quality of solutions. You will also champion policies, standards, and practices, and help define and execute the technology strategy for TUI and each domain.
A strong grasp of cloud technology (AWS), cloud architecture, scalable design patterns, CI/CD, DevSecOps practices, microservices, and ideally microfrontends is essential. You will also be responsible for researching, evaluating, and testing new processes and tools, helping teams use them effectively, and collaborating closely with Technology Leads to increase the DevSecOps maturity in all teams.
We offer a competitive salary of €90,000 per year, plus additional benefits including discounts, special offers, mobile working, flexible working hours, and working from abroad.
