City Job Offers is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Expert for Health Care to join our team. As a German-speaking customer service advisor, you will be responsible for handling incoming telephone and email inquiries from B2B customers in the pharma and vision care sectors. As a customer service representative for this company, you will be part of a team focused on delivering high-quality services to customers.
Your Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming telephone and email inquiries from German-speaking clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Inform and advise customers about pharmaceutical products and medical devices.
- Reply to customer questions about indication, storage, and defined brief information.
- Support and share product knowledge with colleagues.
Requirements
- Proficient in German and fluent in English (oral and written).
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Open-minded and eager to learn.
- Proactive and a team player, with a positive attitude and strong motivation.
