Customer Experience Design Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Product Experience Design Manager to drive our customer experience design strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. This role requires a deep understanding of design principles, a passion for building world-class and highly scalable products, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with UX leads, designers, researchers, product managers, and developers to create innovative experiences across Mastercard Checkout Services domains.
- Design Leadership: Lead large design initiatives from end-to-end, hosting initiative-level sessions, driving adoption of consistent design language, and providing day-to-day design leadership.
- Research and Design: Participate in all phases of the research and design process, from framing problems to solving them, defining the design target, and validating concepts or prototypes.
- Experience: Proven track record of leading product design initiatives, from understanding customer problems and validating solutions through experience research to crafting exceptional user experiences.
- Skills: Deep understanding of user experience, business objectives, and technologies involved in creating well-rounded products, as well as proficiency in tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Culture Fit: Strong collaboration skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for human-centered design and a keen eye for detail.
This is a full-time position based in Dublin, Ireland or Lisbon, Portugal, with an estimated salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
