Job Summary

We seek an experienced Order Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing incoming customer orders, ensuring timely delivery, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and distribute incoming customer orders accurately and efficiently.">
• Communicate order entry and fulfillment issues with sales and customer experience teams as required.">
• Maintain data integrity during the order entry process to ensure accurate record keeping.">
• Resolve complex customer billing issues and provide effective resolution to ensure improved customer satisfaction.">
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Care, Pricing, and Accounts Receivable, to ensure correct information and seamless processes.">
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback for updates to knowledge databases.">
• Provide support to other care team members as needed and follow up on internal holds related to credits processed on behalf of customers.">
• Understand proper case handling processes and identify different business unit responsibilities.">

Requirements:

• ">
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a medical technology or similar industry.">
• A proven track record of driving process improvement initiatives and implementing changes that enhance customer satisfaction.">
• Experience working with ERP systems, such as Oracle, Agile, or Salesforce, is highly desirable.">
• Excellent written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.">
• Excellent problem-solving skills, mathematical reasoning, and accuracy in executing tasks.">
• Ability to multitask, adapt to change, and innovate in a fast-paced environment.">
• Basic Excel skills and the ability to analyze data to identify trends and root cause issues.">
