We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Portugal. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

About the Role:

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Log call details into case management systems and respond to customer inquiries within SLA
  • Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction by updating customers on status and resolution progress reports
  • Deliver high-caliber customer service on post-sales requests, including delivery, warranties, and refunds
  • Inbound sales support and selling of products to increase revenue while maintaining high customer satisfaction
  • Logging and following up on orders or requests
  • Capturing all required data elements in CRM as per client, policy, and product requirements

Your Qualifications:

  • Proficient or bilingual in French and English
  • Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit
  • Ability to adapt to unplanned situations in a methodical and organized way
  • Strong customer service-oriented skills

Salary Range: €35,000 - €50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
