Salary: €1040 (gross/month) including free accommodation, or €1298 excluding accommodation, with private health insurance from the start.
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to aid small and medium-sized businesses in nurturing their growth through email, phone, and chat support. Key responsibilities include:
- Advising and guiding clients to develop tailored strategies for success
- Acquiring new advertisers within the SME sector
- Supporting and expanding self-services for clients
- Providing pre- and after-sales support for all self-services
- Offering assistance regarding tools, products, and strategies
- Identifying trends and conveying customer feedback to engineering departments
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- You are a native Dutch speaker and fluent in English (at least B2-C1)
- Sales experience and skills are essential
- Your communication skills should be impactful and persuasive
- You are passionate about social media and poised to translate that passion into results
