Job Description
As the Operational Lead for the Sell Business Unit, you will be responsible for integrating and optimizing operations between Phiture and Persistent, ensuring seamless collaboration and driving the success of our Sell business. You will act as the direct point of contact for all communication and critical issues between both organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our partnership with Persistent.
- Act as the DRI for the Sell business, coordinating daily interactions and operations between Phiture and Persistent.
- Identify and resolve operational challenges across ProdDev and GTM to support collaboration and overall success of Sell.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of our partnership with Persistent and the Sell business, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon service level agreements and key metrics.
- Serve on the Executive Committee that governs the relationship between Phiture and Persistent.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement comprehensive business strategies.
- Excellent data analysis skills, as well as systems-level awareness and thinking.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with collaborators, including both external and internal teams.
- Experience working with engineering and product management teams.
- Strong communication & writing skills, with demonstrated ability to influence.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and apply structured approaches/methodologies to projects.
- Strong Google Suite & slide skills.
- SaaS business model and Phiture product knowledge are a plus.
