About the Role

Euronext is seeking a skilled Change Management Specialist to support the management of changes throughout their lifecycle. This role involves working closely with the Change Advisory Board to assess changes' impact, implementation, test, and rollback plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the management of changes from initiation to closure.
  • Collaborate with the Change Advisory Board to develop and implement change plans.
  • Help prevent incidents caused by changes.
  • Document changes' post-implementation reviews.
  • Ensure resources are aligned with the highest-value opportunities.
  • Report and regularly review change management performance and quality.
  • Establish and maintain documentation of procedures, processes, and reports concerning change management.
  • Work with process owners for problem and incident management to identify improvements to processes and develop metrics to support them.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of IT software and hardware.
  • Great communication skills and proficiency in English.
  • Critical-thinking and organizational skills.
