**Job Description:**

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accurate and timely administration of Airbus SAS Services business transactions. This includes:

  • Services orders acknowledgment, validation, acceptance, creation, and follow-up
  • Services invoicing
  • Creating and sending invoices and statements to customers
  • Checking data input to ensure the accuracy of the final bill
  • FIXING billing errors by issuing credit notes
  • Handling customers' ordering and billing queries
  • Ensuring all processes follow internal and international business standards
  • Revenues are booked to the rightful budget destination

The ideal candidate will have experience with SAP, MS Office, and G Suite, as well as strong organizational and analytical skills.
