- Proficiency in German (C1 level) and English (B2 level).
- Solid IT skills, including reporting tools for customer interactions.
- Flexibility and willingness to work varied shifts.
- Previous experience in the cosmetics and luxury industry is an advantage.

- A long-term fixed-term contract, renewable annually.
- Full-time working hours (40h/week) with a rotational schedule.
- Competitive salary (€950-€1,100 gross/month) including free accommodation or €1,300-€1,400 gross/month excluding accommodation.
