Job Summary
As a Beauty Customer Service Representative at Blu Selection, you will be responsible for managing consumer requests and providing excellent service and product advice in a professional and timely manner. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and proficiency in the German language (C1 level) and English (B2 level).
Key Responsibilities
• Manage consumer requests through different channels
• Provide excellent solution, service, product, and beauty advice
• Be in contact with other departments and redirect related cases and issues
Requirements
• Exceptional communication skills
• Strong sense of empathy and customer satisfaction
• Proficiency in German (C1 level) and English (B2 level)
• Solid IT skills, including reporting tools
• Willingness to work flexible shifts
