About the Role:

You are passionate about the beauty and make-up industry and want to share your knowledge with others. As a Beauty Customer Service Agent for Blu Selection, you will be part of a multicultural team in a company that works alongside well-known brands. Your responsibilities and impact will be:

Main Responsibilities:
• Answer customer questions regarding products, orders, payment methods, or shipping, while remaining calm and polite.
• Handle customer emails to support them.

Requirements:
• Native French speaker.
• Passionate about the beauty and make-up industry, with studies or experience in this field a plus.
• Willing to face a new challenge, such as relocating to a new country and adapting to a new culture.
• Enjoy traveling, meeting people from different countries, and getting to know their culture.
• Motivated, reliable, and adaptable to various situations.
• Excellent communication skills.
• EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal.

What We Offer:
• A 10-month temporary contract with a competitive salary of 850€ gross per month, plus a performance bonus of up to 100€ per month, meal vouchers, reimbursement of some transportation costs, and private health insurance and dental plan.
• If you live outside Portugal, we offer reimbursement of your initial flight ticket and four months of accommodation in a shared flat provided by the company.
