Customer Service Representative for Travel Industry

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences in the travel industry? Do you have a native level of German and excellent communication skills? We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative for Travel Industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer information, solutions, and advice to customers regarding our services over the phone, email, and chat.
  • Spot opportunities to promote additional services to customers and complete registrations of new product purchases.
  • Contribute to a positive customer experience through responsible treatment of each contact and achieve performance targets defined by the project.

Requirements:
  • Native level of German and good level of English.
  • Passionate about the travel and tourism industry, with studies or experience in this field being a plus.
  • Professional attitude, strong customer service skills, and excellent listening and communication skills.
  • Dynamic, self-motivated, and open-minded with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to job, ready to contribute to the success of the company and project.
