We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in the Travel Industry. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their queries, and promoting our services to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide information, solutions, and advice to customers regarding our services over the phone, email, and chat
  • Identify opportunities to promote additional services to customers and complete registrations of new product purchases
  • Contribute to a positive customer experience through responsible treatment of each contact and achieve performance targets defined by the project
  • Guarantee client satisfaction and high-quality service
Requirements:
  • Native level of German and good level of English
  • Passion for the Travel and Tourism industry, with studies or experience in this field being a plus
  • Professional attitude and strong customer service skills
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn, develop, and acquire new skills
  • Dynamic and self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and commitment to the job
