Customer Service Representative for Travel Industry

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences in the Travel and Tourism industry? Do you have a native level of German and a good level of English? We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Inbound Customer Service and Upselling Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer information, solutions, and advice to customers regarding our services, via phone, email, and chat.
  • Identify opportunities to promote additional services to customers.
  • Complete registrations of new product purchases.
  • Contribute to a positive customer experience through responsible treatment of each contact.
  • Achieve performance targets defined by the project.
  • Ensure and participate in the success of the department.
  • Guarantee client satisfaction and high-quality service.

Requirements:

  • Native level of German and good level of English.
  • Passion for the Travel and Tourism industry (studies or experience a plus).
  • Professional attitude and strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn, develop, and acquire new skills.
  • Dynamic and self-motivated individual.
  • Open-minded, team player, and willing to work in an international and multicultural environment.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to job and company success.
