Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Hotel Chain Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to clients via email and chat inquiries.

About the Role

In this role, you will be managing bookings, assisting clients with their queries, and ensuring that all interactions are handled promptly and professionally. You will also be working closely with our reservations team to resolve any issues that may arise.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A native level of French and a professional level of English (C1-C2)
  • Experience in the travel and tourism industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, including:

  • A fixed-term contract of 6 months with the possibility of extension
  • A salary of €10,680 per month (€890 gross x 12 months + €150 complexity bonus x 12 months) plus meal vouchers of €7.23 per workday
  • Reimbursement of some transportation costs
  • Private health insurance and dental plan after six months
  • If you live outside Portugal, reimbursement of up to €400 for an initial flight ticket after four months, plus six months of accommodation in a shared flat provided by the company
