We are a luxury hotel chain seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our customer service team based in Lisbon, Portugal.
Job Description: As a Hotel Chain Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experience through various communication channels, including email and chat inquiries. Your tasks will include managing bookings, assisting clients with their queries, and handling reservations back-office operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A native level of German and a professional level of English (C1-C2)
- Prior experience in GDS tools is desirable
- Enthusiasm about traveling and tourism industry
- Knowledge of the value and impact that good customer experience can create
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic, innovative, and proactive approach
- Excitement about intercultural communication and expatriate lifestyle
- A valid work permit for Portugal is required
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary package, including a gross monthly salary of €1100 x 14 months, plus up to €150 performance bonus, meal vouchers, reimbursement of transportation costs, private health insurance, and dental plan after six months. For international candidates, we provide relocation assistance, including a reimbursement of initial flight ticket after six months and up to one year of accommodation in a shared flat provided by the company.
