Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients, handling inquiries with courtesy and professionalism, and creating opportunities to engage with customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Fluent level of written and verbal communication skills in French
- Fluency in English – B2 level (mandatory)
- Experience working in a customer support related role in different channels (email, webform and telephone)
- Familiarity with Social Media
- Able to accomplish GDPR compliance politics
- Excellent communication skills: verbal, written and listening skills
- Able to solve customer problems
- Flexible and quick learner, able to adapt continuously
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure
- Experience in servicing hotel/hospitality/travel/tourism and/or luxury industries (preferential)
