Customer Service Representative for Hotels Group

Teleperformance Portugal is seeking a skilled and passionate Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lisbon. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the interface between our customers and our company, providing a positive and personalized experience for each interaction.

Responsibilities:
• Provide customer-friendly service by showing interest in the customer's needs and concerns
• Guarantee a positive and loyal relationship with the brand
• Handle customer inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism
• Create opportunities to engage with customers, approaching all their questions and doubts
• Manage customer queries about hotel availabilities, amenities, and facilities/location
• Access customer accounts, payments, and answer any queries regarding the loyalty program

Requirements:
• Fluent level of written and verbal communication skills in French
• Fluency in English – B2 level (mandatory)
• Experience working in a customer support related role in different channels (email, webform, and telephone)
• Familiarity with Social Media
• Experience with LiveChat and Instant Messaging services (preferential)
• Able to accomplish GDPR compliance policies
• Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, and listening skills
• Able to solve customer problems
• Flexible and quick learner, able to adapt continuously
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure
• Experience in servicing hotel/hospitality/travel/tourism and/or luxury industries (preferential)
