Job Title: Hotel Chain Customer Service Representative
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our hotel chain's customer service team based in Lisbon. As a Hotel Chain Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their travel experiences are memorable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage bookings, including alterations, cancellations, and new reservations
- Assist clients via email and chat inquiries in the after-sales process
- Manage reservations back-office, including ticket issuing, modification, and cancellation
Requirements:
- Native level of German and professional level of English (C1-C2)
- Previous experience in GDS tools (ideally)
- Enthusiasm about the travel and tourism industry
- Knowledge of the value and impact of good customer experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Rotating shifts, Monday to Friday, 7 am to 6 pm
