Customer Service Representative for Luxury Hotel Chain

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences in the hospitality industry? Do you want to work for a renowned luxury hotel chain and be part of a dynamic international team? We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal.

Key Responsibilities:

Solve issues encountered during the booking process

Take an active role in finding the right booking

Follow up on issues during the vacation

Provide good solutions, including refunds to customers

Manage lead generation and develop a strong understanding of our hotel chain's services

Requirements:

Fluency in Dutch (a good level of English is a plus)

Willingness to work abroad and adapt to a new environment

Excellent communication and listening skills

Ability to work in a team and collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds
