Customer Service Role for a Luxury Hotel Chain

Blu Selection is seeking a skilled customer service agent to join our team in providing exceptional support to our clients. As a guest services specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Solving issues encountered during the booking process
  • Taking an active role in finding the right booking
  • Following up on issues during the vacation
  • Providing good solutions, including refunds to customers
  • Managing lead generation

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A fluent level of Dutch (a good level of English is a plus)
  • A willingness to work abroad
  • A passion for traveling
  • Motivation and commitment to your work
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • A team player with the ability to work with multiple nationalities

What We Offer

Blu Selection provides a long-term fixed-term contract, renewable every year, with a full-time schedule (40h/week) on rotating shifts. Our compensation package includes:

  • A salary of 1,040€ gross/month, including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included)
  • Reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 3 months
  • Help with paperwork, opening a bank account, and other relocation needs
  • Free Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sports activities, and social events
