Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative for a Luxury Hotel Chain, you will play a vital role in ensuring the exceptional experience of our clients. Your responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, resolving issues related to booking and loyalty programs, and providing personalized support throughout the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service via multiple channels

  • Follow up on issues during the customer's stay
  • Offer tailored solutions, including refunds, to meet customer needs

Requirements:
  • Fluent German language skills (English a plus)
