Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at a luxury hotel chain in Lisbon. As a customer service agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests via phone, email, and live chat. Your duties will include solving issues related to the booking process or loyalty programs, taking an active role in finding the right booking, and following up on issues during the vacation. To succeed in this role, you will need a fluent level of German (a good level of English is a plus), a motivation to work abroad, and excellent communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service by phone, email, and live chat
  • Solve issues encountered during the booking process or loyalty programs
  • Take an active role in finding the right booking
  • Follow up on issues during the vacation
  • Manage good and qualified lead generation

Requirements:

  • Fluent German language skills
  • Good level of English language skills (a plus)
  • Motivation to work abroad
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Team player with a willingness to work with many nationalities
