About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Luxury Hotel Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal.

Job Overview

This is a full-time opportunity with a fixed-term contract of 40 hours per week, renewable every year. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and listening skills, be fluent in German, and possess a good level of English.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by phone, email, and live chat.
  • Solve issues encountered during the booking process or loyalty programs.
  • Take an active role in finding the right booking and following up on issues during the vacation.
  • Offer good solutions including refunds to customers.
  • Manage lead generation effectively.
Requirements
  • A fluent level of German (a good level of English would be a plus).
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple nationalities.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Motivated and committed to work.
