About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative for a luxury hotel chain. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and services to provide accurate information to guests

Requirements:

  • Fluent level of Dutch (a good level of English is a plus)
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
