The Role

As an Indie Campers Revenue Associate, you'll be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies to drive regional performance in terms of gross margin, nights traveled, and revenue management. Your role will involve analyzing market trends, managing trading activities, and implementing plans to optimize commercial outcomes. Your efforts will directly impact regional growth and profitability.

You'll be part of our Revenue UKI & Nordics team in Lisbon, working closely with Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams, and reporting directly to the UKI & Nordics General Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive regional performance
  • Analyze market trends and manage trading activities
  • Implement plans to optimize commercial outcomes
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to regional gross margin, nights traveled, and revenue
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in commercial planning, trading, or related roles dealing with pricing, demand planning, data analysis, stock distribution, and revenue management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in commercial planning and trading software and tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence
Salary

The estimated salary for this position is £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
