About the RoleThis opportunity is perfect for individuals who enjoy sharing their knowledge and skills to provide an unforgettable experience for customers. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for:
- Guiding customers through their shopping journey and offering expert advice on fashion trends
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or social media with confidence and precision
- Resolving product-related issues, orders, payment methods, or shipping queries while maintaining a calm and polite demeanor
- Transforming online credit simulations into completed files
- Making calls to prospects and clients to build relationships and drive sales
- Collaborating with other departments to redirect cases and issues to the relevant teams
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A native level of German and excellent English language skills
- A genuine enthusiasm for fashion and staying up-to-date with the latest trends
- The ability to listen attentively and communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds
- Energetic and innovative problem-solving skills, working at a fast pace to meet deadlines
- A passion for intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle
- Availability to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experience
- A valid Portuguese work permit
You will enjoy a competitive compensation package including:
- Type of contract: yearly or 6 months, renewable
- Working hours: 40h/week (8h/day) from Monday to Sunday, 7am - 9pm
- Salary conditions* – 2 options:
- Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): €950-1000/month
- Excluding accommodation: €1300-1400 gross/month
- Private health insurance from day 1
- Approx. 20-25% tax – please refer to living costs in Lisbon for comparison with other EU countries' wages
- Relocation support for international candidates:
- Reimbursement of initial flight expenses
- Airport pick-up
- Yearly two-way flight ticket back to your home country (within the EU)
- Help with paperwork
- Free Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sport activities, and social events organized by the company
- Real career opportunities: chance to enter a development program within 6 months to access other opportunities within the company: different projects to QA, Team Lead, or Supervisor roles
