Administrative Assistant - Human Resources

SolidNetworks Business Consulting is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Human Resources team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the Head of Unit and contribute to the recruitment process, leave management, and contract renewals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support for the Head of Unit
  • Providing support in the recruitment procedure, including publishing calls for application, registering incoming CVs, and preparing files for selection
  • Drafting invitation letters for interviews, welcoming candidates, and drafting offer/negative/reserve list letters and informing candidates
  • Supporting the next traineeship call for applications, assisting in administrative tasks related to career, and supporting leave management
  • Supporting contract renewals and any other job-related tasks relevant for the Unit
Requirements:
  • Minimum experience of up to 5 years in the area
  • Minimum knowledge of spoken and written English level B1, B2
  • Customer-oriented, autonomous, and organized
  • Ability to analyze and identify problems and suggest and implement solutions
