Travel Support Specialist - Italian Speaker



We are looking for a highly skilled and customer-focused Travel Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at Wibit Consulting & Services (WibitCS). As part of our Travel Management department, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional travel support services to our clients.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist travelers with personalized support, ensuring seamless travel experiences.
  • Resolve issues efficiently, providing technical assistance and travel-related guidance.
  • Stay up-to-date with travel industry knowledge and platform updates to deliver top-notch services.
  • Build strong relationships with global teams, fostering collaboration and open communication.
  • Contribute to product improvement by providing valuable feedback to our product and engineering teams.
  • Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).


Requirements:

  • Native or fluent Italian speaker, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service roles, preferably in the travel and hotel sectors.
  • Proficiency in GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, Worldspan) is a must.
  • Metrics-driven approach, with a focus on success indicators.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create personalized interactions.
  • A team player who thrives in collaborative environments, with a willingness to give and receive feedback.
  • Proficient in using tools like Gmail, Zendesk, Slack, and Salesforce, as well as our in-house travel customer service platform.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
  • After an initial 6-week training period, the role will be fully remote, with occasional office meetings.
