As the headquarter of our Nearshore IT center in Portugal, we have a dedicated team of approximately 30 specialists who collaborate closely with leading international clients.
**Key Responsibilities**
This role involves providing exceptional technical assistance to our clients. The ideal candidate should be proficient in maintaining Java applications in production environments and possess experience working in CI/CD settings, preferably with tools like GitLab CI or GitHub.
The successful candidate will also be required to work in customer-facing positions, handle 1st, 2nd level support, and coordinate with 3rd level teams. Additionally, they must be able to troubleshoot and debug issues during hands-on sessions with clients and create high-quality technical documentation.
Familiarity with ServiceNow for Incident Management and Reporting is highly beneficial, and contributing to Open Source or Inner Source projects is seen as a valuable asset. Proficiency in at least one scripting language, preferably Python, is also essential.
