Cognizant is expanding its team of IT Helpdesk – 1st Level Support professionals.
Main Responsibilities:
- Offer technical assistance to internal users, ensuring the proper functioning of our IT infrastructure.
- Support the administration of internal systems and tools, contributing to IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- BUILD and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Desirable Skills:
- Background in IT Helpdesk or similar roles.
- Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
- Familiarity with hardware, operating systems, and network fundamentals.
- Experience in remote and on-site user support.
- Familiarity with ticketing tools for managing incidents.
- Able to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Accurate documentation and record-keeping.
- Teamwork and collaboration within and outside the IT department.
- Compliance with company security policies and procedures.
