Chief Revenue Manager

As a key member of our hotel management team, the Director of Commercial is responsible for maximizing revenue across all hotel operations, including group and transient rooms, food and beverage, meeting room rentals, and local catering. This involves developing and implementing effective yield management strategies, analyzing market trends, and building strong relationships with clients to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to analyze business intelligence and inform commercial decisions.
- Manage the sales function, including group, transient, and catering/banquet sales activities.
- Prepare and implement strategic sales plans, monthly reporting, and annual goals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of the competition.
- Develop and implement advertising, public relations, and promotional activities to drive sales.
- Participate in sales presentations, property tours, and customer meetings to build relationships and drive business growth.
- Ensure compliance with corporate focus audit guidelines.
- Manage performance issues within the sales team and develop strategies to improve performance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial management, excellent analytical and communication skills, and experience in developing and executing sales strategies. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and have a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
