Digital Learning and Events Coordinator

As a key member of our IT team at Kuehne+Nagel, you will be responsible for scheduling a calendar of learning resources and events based on cloud technology for our IT colleagues. This involves coordinating webinars, workshops, and interactive activities to support their professional development. You will work closely with stakeholders to align training with our company goals and ensure that our IT team has the skills and knowledge needed to drive business success.
Your Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a comprehensive training plan for our IT team, including workshops, webinars, and online training modules.
* Coordinate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop a training strategy that supports our company goals.
* Deliver high-quality training sessions and events that engage and educate our IT colleagues.
* Use learning management systems to track training participation and progress.
About You
We are looking for an experienced learning coordinator who has a strong background in training and development, particularly in the IT industry. You should have excellent communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. If you have experience with cloud technology and learning management systems, that would be a plus.
