Kuehne + Nagel As is seeking a highly organized and proactive Learning and Events Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Porto, Portugal. As one of the world's leading logistics companies, we are accelerating the implementation of new digital technologies for our global customers.
Your Role
We are looking for a strong communicator with excellent project management skills to coordinate webinars, workshops, and training events for our IT colleagues. The ideal candidate will have an interest in cloud technology and be able to develop, write, and edit high-quality communications to inform colleagues about training opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate webinars, workshops, and training events
- Develop and maintain a long-term training calendar for a large audience of IT colleagues
- Conduct in-person, online, and hybrid training events
- Work with stakeholders and external providers to align training with goals and fulfill training needs
- Oversee and maintain the LMS, Excel Dashboard, and SharePoint for training management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, public relations, communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in HR/learning coordinator, community management, event coordinating, or a similar role within the IT industry
- Proficiency in English (B2 or above)
- Experience working in IT teams and with cloud technology
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS), Excel, SharePoint, Acrobat, and the Microsoft 365
