IT Learning and Events Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive learning events coordinator to join our dynamic team at Kuehne+Nagel. The ideal candidate will play a key role in scheduling a calendar of learning resources and events based on cloud technology for our Information Technology (IT) colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, write, and edit high-quality communications to inform colleagues about training opportunities and respond to queries.
- Coordinate webinars, workshops, training events, and interactive activities.
- Plan a long-term training calendar for a large audience of IT colleagues.
- Conduct in-person, online, and hybrid training events.
- Work with stakeholders, department heads, and external providers to align training with goals and fulfill training needs.
- Oversee and maintain the LMS, Excel Dashboard, and SharePoint for training management.
- Use feedback for continuous improvement and stay informed in cloud technology space.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in HR, public relations, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR/learning coordinator, community management, event coordinating, or in a similar role within the IT industry.
- Proficiency in English (B2 or above).
- Experience working with IT teams.
- Knowledge of Cloud Technology a plus.
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS), Excel, SharePoint, Acrobat, and Microsoft 365.
- Strong organizational, project management skills, managing budgets and tracking expenses.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal, communication skills, creative thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in planning and moderating internal organizational events and comfort with public speaking and moderation opportunities.
