Kuehne + Nagel As is seeking a highly organized and proactive Learning and Events Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Porto, Portugal. As a key member of our IT Centre, you will play a crucial role in scheduling a calendar of learning resources and events based on cloud technology for our Information Technology (IT) colleagues.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a long-term training calendar for a large audience of IT colleagues.
  • Coordinate webinars, workshops, training events, and interactive activities.
  • Work with stakeholders, department heads, and external providers to align training with goals and fulfill training needs.
  • Oversee and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), Excel Dashboard, and SharePoint for training management.
  • Use feedback for continuous improvement and stay informed in cloud technology space.

Your Ideal Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, public relations, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR/learning coordinator, community management, event coordinating, or a similar role within the IT industry.
  • Proficiency in English (B2 or above).
  • Experience working with IT teams.
  • Knowledge of Cloud Technology a plus.
  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS), Excel, SharePoint, Acrobat, and the Microsoft 365.
