Multinational Sales Professional for Customer Experience

Your career as a Multinational Sales Professional will be focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences for public associations in Lisbon.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting political, governmental, or similar associations with tailored solutions.
  2. Providing expert consultancy, training, and support to clients regarding products and financial or operational questions.
  3. Identifying opportunities for process optimization and implementing efficient solutions.
  4. Easing communication between clients and different departments or the company using relevant tools.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A native level of English and at least B2-C1 level of German.
  • Prior experience in customer service and social media marketing is preferred.
  • The ability to provide pre and post-sales support for all products.
  • Knowledge of the value and impact that a good customer experience can create.
  • An attentive listening skill, comfortable and skilled at communicating with people.
  • Energetic, innovative, and proactive work attitude at a fast pace.
  • Excitement about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle.
  • Living in or willing to relocate to Portugal for an international career and life experience.
  • A valid Portuguese work permit (required).

We offer:

  • Type of contract: yearly or 6-month contract, renewable.
  • Working hours: rotating shifts (5 days/week, 8h/day, Mon-Fri 7 AM - 7 PM).
  • Salary conditions: €1030 gross/month including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included), or €1400 gross/month excluding accommodation.
  • Private health insurance from the beginning of the contract (additionally to standard insurance).
  • Relocation support for international candidates, including reimbursement of initial flight, airport pick-up, yearly two-way flight ticket back to home country within the EU, and help in paperwork upon arrival.
