We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Regional Brand Marketing Manager responsible for leading the development, delivery, and implementation of marketing plans in Portugal & Northern Europe.
About the Role- This is an exciting opportunity to work with our award-winning team of over 12,000 employees and contribute to the growth and success of Inspired Education Group.
- Work with the Head of Brand, Regional CEO and each school's leadership teams to develop annual regional marketing plans that drive student enrolments and retention.
- Develop clear messaging and communication strategies for each school to differentiate themselves in the market.
- Research and identify optimal marketing channels, including billboards, print media, digital platforms, and other advertising opportunities.
- Work in partnership with school-based Head Teachers and Admissions Teams to support the marketing execution of outreach actions.
- Coordinate complex design projects, including new marketing campaigns and sales materials, in collaboration with the company's internal agency.
- Ensure all design work aligns with brand guidelines and effectively communicates value propositions.
- Regularly review marketing performance and admissions data, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure we drive marketing ROI and achieve desired outcomes.
- Negotiate terms and contracts with marketing vendors to ensure cost-effective and impactful placements.
- Responsible for the regional marketing budget, monitoring financial performance and expenses, including negotiating with third-party suppliers if necessary.
- Minimum of 3-5 years brand management experience.
- Familiarity with all marketing channels, including internal and external communications, marketing collateral (including school brochures), brand development, sales support, CRM, and social media - with experience in coordinating and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Sharp commercial acumen, with the ability to swiftly translate financial and customer data and insight into effective marketing interventions.
- Fluency in English; fluency in Portuguese is a plus.
