As a Senior Brand Manager at Beiersdorf, you will be responsible for defining the marketing strategy for both pharmacy and mass market channels. You will work closely with the global and regional marketing departments to ensure alignment and successful execution.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Pharmacy, or Medical Sciences. A pharmacy background is highly valued, as is professional experience in marketing or SCM. The ability to analyze data and make informed decisions is essential.
You will be responsible for developing master artworks for products, adapting international versions to local ones. This will require creativity and attention to detail. Additionally, you will develop marketing campaigns in cooperation with POS, promotions, and digital channels.
In this role, you will also lead P&L analysis and control marketing budgets. Your forecasting skills will be put to the test as you make net sales projections for each SKU. Building up customer plans aligned with sales channel strategies will also be a key part of your responsibilities.
