Customer Support Role in Lisbon

Our client, a global leader in Portugal, is seeking a skilled Italian-speaking customer support agent to join their team in Lisbon. As a customer support agent, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to clients while working with renowned international brands.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and empathetic manner.
  • Provide support and direction to customers via phone and other communication channels.
  • Accurately maintain customer data and feedback in the company database.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills and available resources to troubleshoot customer issues.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Italian (C2 Level or Native)
  • Proficient English skills (B1 level)
  • Typing speed of 20 words per minute
  • Availability for rotating shifts
