Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying customer needs and delivering effective solutions. Your duties will include guiding customers through billing inquiries, handling transactions, and resolving issues in a timely manner. You will also assist customers with placing orders and troubleshooting technical issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you will need to possess fluent Icelandic language skills, excellent communication abilities, and sales experience with consumer products and services. Technical research skills and advanced internet research skills are also essential. An empathetic soul with strong communication skills and a positive attitude will be highly valued.
