Norwegian Speaker Customer Service Representative

We're seeking a highly skilled Norwegian speaker to join our vibrant team in Malaga or Lisbon as a Customer Experience Specialist. About the Role: As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels. Your mission will be to engage with customers, resolve issues, and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for customers through phone, email, chat, and social media
- Solve and delight: resolve problems, offer solutions, and make customers feel valued and understood
- Collaborate closely with our team, including Team Leaders, Managers, and the Customer Success Team
- Juggle and excel: balance multiple projects with ease and manage different timelines like a pro

What We're Looking For:

Salary: Our competitive salary reflects the market standards for a Customer Experience Specialist in Malaga or Lisbon, taking into account the level of experience required for this role and the cost of living in these locations. $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience.
