Job Title: Customer Service for Gaming

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service for Gaming representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences that meet or exceed departmental goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, representing Customer Service for Gaming and ensuring first contact resolution.
  • Take ownership of customer requests and maintain accountability for follow-through, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Implement management mentoring to reach departmental goals, consistently delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Support less-experienced agents by sharing best practices, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the success of our team and the company.
Requirements:
  • Native level of German (written and spoken);
  • Fluency in English (B2);
  • High school diploma (or equivalent);
  • Player and support-oriented attitude, with a knack for helping others;
  • Team player with strong problem-solving and conflict management skills;
  • Passion for video games and mobile applications;
  • Experience in telephone customer service/call center environment (minimum 1 year);
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Office or equivalents.
