About the Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our Uber Direct team in Portugal. As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our business in Portugal by building long-term relationships with key partners. You will be responsible for onboard new merchants, monitoring their activity and analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement, and improving Uber Direct operations. Additionally, you will promote Uber Direct's value proposition to Enterprise Accounts and contribute to product improvement.
This is a unique opportunity to work with a fast-growing business and be part of a dynamic team. You will have the chance to work with various stakeholders, including merchants, couriers, and end-customers. If you are a results-driven individual with a passion for sales and account management, this could be the perfect role for you.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is able to build strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders. You should have a strong understanding of e-commerce customer journeys and be comfortable dealing with technical information. Proficiency in English and Portuguese is required.
