The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, scoping, and selling end-to-end process optimization initiatives to our dedicated customer groups, including R&D, Operations, Commercial, and Enabling Units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain sustainable, trusted relationships with senior business stakeholders and capability leaders.
- Collaborate with relevant business unit leaders to uncover potential process optimization opportunities.
- Establish and lead a delivery Pod aligned to respective business units that will deliver end-to-end services through defined roles and operating model.
- Manage senior stakeholder expectations against agreed business outcomes and delivery roadmap.
Requirements:
- Proven professional services and consultative sales experience.
- Strong business acumen combined with the ability to establish, grow, and maintain trusted relationships with senior business stakeholders and capability leaders.
- Proven Account Management experience in defining Account strategy, stakeholder engagement, relationship management, business planning.
- A proven track record of delivering end-to-end process optimisation initiatives across a global business/portfolio.
- Understanding of R&D/Operations biopharmaceutical processes.
- Working knowledge across multiple technology-driven process optimisation capabilities.
