Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support to players through various communication channels, ensuring a seamless gaming experience.
As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with internal teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that enhance the player experience.
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills, as well as fluency in French (C1) and English (B2).
A passion for gaming and customer service is essential, but prior experience in customer support is not required.
