Job Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled Associate to Chief Business Development Officer to join our team. As a key member of our commercial growth strategy, you'll play a vital role in driving business development initiatives, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Analyze market data and competitor landscapes to identify opportunities for business growth
  2. Develop and refine business development materials, including presentations and pitch decks
  3. Participate in external meetings, facilitate follow-up actions, and drive business development efforts
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and track key performance indicators, ensuring project success
  5. Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments and teams
  6. Support program management, initiative implementation, and effective communication to inform decision-making processes
Requirements:
  • 1-2+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, or business development in a start-up environment
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, resourcefulness, and persistence
