Job OverviewWe're seeking a highly skilled Associate to Chief Business Development Officer to join our team. As a key member of our commercial growth strategy, you'll play a vital role in driving business development initiatives, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze market data and competitor landscapes to identify opportunities for business growth
- Develop and refine business development materials, including presentations and pitch decks
- Participate in external meetings, facilitate follow-up actions, and drive business development efforts
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and track key performance indicators, ensuring project success
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments and teams
- Support program management, initiative implementation, and effective communication to inform decision-making processes
- 1-2+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, or business development in a start-up environment
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit, resourcefulness, and persistence
