About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Director to lead our Transaction Services team in Paris. As a key member of our founding team in France, you will deliver high-quality transaction services projects for top-tier Private Equity and Corporate clients. You will work closely with Managing Directors in a collaborative environment, setting up and developing a leading Deal Advisory practice in France alongside a bright and energetic team.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary focus will be on:
- Leading the drafting of FDD and VDD reports, including quality of earnings, net working capital, debt-like items, and forecasts.
- Managing and prioritizing team responsibilities, consulting with Managing Directors and senior team members as needed.
- Counselling and mentoring our team from Associates to Associate Directors, assisting in recruiting, training, and developing individuals of all levels.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A strong educational background from a top-tier business/engineering school or university (Bac +5) with a focus on accounting, business, finance, or economics.
- At least 7 years of experience in audit and transaction services at a top accounting firm (Big4 or equivalent), with a minimum of 5 years in transaction services.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, team spirit, and ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas in a collaborative environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience supporting project teams/relationships and communications with clients.
- Experience across multiple/specific sectors and a proven track record of driving business development strategy.
Salary
The estimated salary for this position is approximately €120,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications. This figure is based on industry standards for similar roles in Paris.
