About the Role

We're seeking an Executive Business Development Lead to join our team in expanding our business base through identifying and attracting new clients. This role requires creating and implementing strategic plans to drive company growth, as well as demonstrating skill in converting leads into business opportunities.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the recruitment of high-level technology profiles, manage client portfolios, and provide personalized solutions to ensure client satisfaction throughout the process. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding interpersonal skills, a people-oriented mindset, and be a decisive leader willing to take calculated risks.

The salary for this position is approximately $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop business strategies to drive company growth and expand our business base

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar field
  • Experience as a Business Manager in the IT sector
  • Strong relational skills and ability to generate solid business relationships
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and leadership abilities
  • Fluent in English (French speaking is a plus)
